YOUDECIDE ANNOUNCES CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD BRENT FINNEGAN IN FULL-TIME CAPACITY

DULUTH, GA January 14, 2008 — YouDecide.com, Inc. today announced that Brent Finnegan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, has joined YouDecide in a full-time, dedicated capacity.

Mr. Finnegan is one of the original investor partners of VBenx!, the parent company of YouDecide. He has been in the Group Insurance business throughout his career, including the formation and building of a tremendously successful employee benefits brokerage firm, O'Neil Finnegan & Jordan (since acquired by Hilb, Rogal, Hobbs, trading under the symbol HRH).

Mr. Finnegan stated, "Although I have been involved with YouDecide as Chairman of the Board, this strategic decision to accept a full-time role in the company will allow me to leverage my experience to demonstrate that YouDecide is a premier provider of an integrated solution for voluntary benefits and employee discounts."
